Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We will happily ship to your home address but for the fastest delivery, we suggest that you use your business address as there will always be someone present to receive your package.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by selecting the 'Tracked & Signed' shipping option. Your unique tracking code will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Do you sell framed prints?
All artworks at melissaselmin.com are sold unframed and unmounted. They are however made to fit standar size frames available at other retailers.
What is the best frame size for my print?
Melissa Selmin reccomends the following frame sizes for your new artwork.
Do you offer custom size prints?
We currently do not offer custom size prints.
Can I purchase wholesale?
Melissa Selmin carefully selects retailers to carry our products. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please contact us via email.
Do you license your artwork?
If you would like to license Melissa Selmin open edition artwork, please send us an email with the relevant information. All artwork and images unless otherwise stated are the sole property and copyright of Melissa Selmin and may not be reproduced in any way without prior consent.
Do you offer trade discount?
Melissa Selmin loves partnering with creative talent. If you are an interior designer or stylist and are interested in using our products in your projects, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us via email.
Can I post your images on my website, blog or social media?
You are welcome to post our product photos. When doing so, kindly give credit to the images accordingly and link back to melissaselmin.com or @melissaselmin. All artwork and images unless otherwise stated are the sole property and copyright of Melissa Selmin and may not be reproduced in any way.
I don't have a Paypal account. How can I pay?
We accept all payments through Paypal, including credit and debit cards. You will be directed to PayPal when making a payment.
Can I return or exhange my order?
Since each artwork is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
My item is damaged. What should I do?
We want you to receive our products in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please email email@example.com including photographs clearly showing the damage and the packaging it arrived in. Refunds and replacements will be processed at the discretion of the merchant.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If you have not received your items please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders shipped by Royal Mail/ Royal Mail International cannot be replaced until 28 days after the order was placed.
